Freeplay is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization, made up of volunteers and funded completely by donations. Every penny donated goes towards establishing an off-leash dog beach at Dockweiler State Beach. Because trying to establish off-leash recreation areas involves lobbying, contributions to Freeplay are not tax deductible.
